Let's see what you need to do:

1. First, you will need to log into your personal web hosting Control Panel. To do this, open the Control Panel log-in section and enter your log-in details. This will be your username and password. Then click the 'Login' button to open the Control Panel index.

2. The second step is to enter the MySQL Databases management panel. Click the 'MySQL Databases' icon, located in the Site Management section.

3. Once in the MySQL Databases management panel - specify the name of your new MySQL database in the Database Name field.

Next set the MySQL database password and re-type it to confirm your entry.

Then click the 'Add SQL Database' button to add the new database.

Your new MySQL database has been added successfully to your web hosting account.
