How to check your Load Statistics through your Control Panel

Checking the Load statistics for your web hosting account is done in a few easy steps.

1. First log into your Control Panel. You can do that by clicking the Control Panel log-in link located in the top right corner of your screen. Next type your login details in the Members Area Login form. First is your username and then your password. Click the Login button to be taken straight to your Control Panel.

2. In the web hosting Control Panel index page, click the Load Stats icon. This is the rightmost icon in the Live Stats section. You will be sent straight to the comprehensive Load statistics tool.

3. Once in the Load Statistics interface look at the long table displaying various load values related to all hosts in your account - CPU time, Execution Time, CPU usage, average memory, number of running processes, displayed for each particular day of the month.

If you wish to get more detailed information for the load generated by your hosts in the course of a specific day, simply click on that day in the DAY column of the Load Stats table. You will be taken to a table showing the different load values for certain periods within the selected day. To check the load results for a certain time frame, simply hold your mouse over it.

By exploring the results in the pop-up window you will be able to see which process is causing the greatest CPU or memory usage in your account. This will help you locate the main reason for the load issue and resolve it quickly and simply. You can also check yearly Load statistics.
